On route, you will stop at Rabat, the capital city and residence of the King, for a brief time to see the beautiful coastal city, including the old medina, Kasbah of the Oudayas, the Oudaya Gate, and the Hassan Tower. You will arrive in Fes in the afternoon and check into your beautiful riad. Fes is the spiritual capital of Morocco and often one of the highlights of a visit to Morocco! Dinner will be in the riad.

You will savor breakfast together in your lovely riad. In the mid-morning, you will meet up with your guide to have a half day guided tour of the medina, one of the worlds largest walled in cities! Together, explore the narrow streets and all they hold, including stops at the King’s Palace, the weavers and the tanneries. Get a feel for the culture of this unforgettable city, making memories that will last a lifetime! For lunch, you may enjoy dining in a traditional restaurant in the heart of the medina. After your lunch, you have the afternoon free to relax and recharge at the riad or explore Fes together. This day is yours to enjoy, with the freedom to spend the day in peaceful bliss. Soak in the tranquil atmosphere of a Moroccan morning. Let yourselves embrace the slow pace the Mediterranean is known for. You will have a couples spa in the afternoon at a luxurious riad. Spa packages offer a wide range of treatments, from the traditional Moroccan Hammam to massages to cutting-edge skin care. Your driver will be at your service throughout the day as needed! After an early breakfast, you will begin your ascent across the dreamy Middle Atlas Mountains. Most of the day will be spent winding your way through the beautiful forests, jagged rock faces, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. Halfway, you will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks. In the afternoon, you will head off in some 4-wheel drive vehicles across the barren land to the majestic Sahara sand dunes. To get to the desert camp, you’ll be taken via 4 wheel drive vehicle, deep in the dunes. These tents will make you feel like royalty. Dinner will be served at the camp!

You’ll wake up to the beautiful Saharan sand dunes right outside your tent. Today, your only job is to breathe deeply and enjoy the company of one another. It’s up to you whether you’d like to try activities like sandboarding or just relax and take it easy. As sunset approaches, you will take a camel ride to experience the magnificence of the romantic setting sun over the sand. An unforgettable experience! All meals will be served in the camp.

You will have breakfast out in the Sahara together. Perhaps get up to watch the sunrise together, if you are early risers! After breakfast, you will return to the 4×4s and head back to Erfoud. From Erfoud, you will set out behind the gorgeous High Atlas Mountains on route to the Todra Gorges. The drive makes for a beautiful journey towards the southeast of Morocco. Let yourselves take in the natural beauty of this region. From here, you will set off towards Skoura along the Route of 1,000 Kasbahs! If you would like, you can visit the ancient Kasbahs in the palmaraies.

Today is a free day in Skoura. This stunning area offers you many activities like bike riding, walking tours, hiking, or horseback riding. The options are plentiful, but the choice is always up to you. You may also like to just relax by the pool or enjoy the hotel.

After breakfast, you will head towards Marrakech. The beautiful drive will take you up into the Middle Atlas Mountains and along the base of the High Atlas Mountains. The scenery will take your breath away!

Once in Marrakech, you will check into your handpicked riad. Depending on your arrival time, you may like to go together to the Jemaa el-Fna, the center square of the vibrant medina. Coming alive at night with the local storytellers, entertainers, and mouth-watering barbeque pits, the square gives you a taste of this lively city’s life. Perhaps savor a quiet cup of mint tea together on the terrace of an adjacent café, taking in the spectacular aerial view of the bustling square. Dinner for the two of you will be served in the riad.

Enjoy a relaxed start to the morning together in your charming riad. In the mid-morning, you will be met by your guide to begin your half day guided tour of Marrakech, the southern pearl of Morocco. You will discover the Palace of the Bahia, and many other hidden treasures like the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous Jemaa el-Fna. The tour will conclude with an exploration of the souk (market). After a lovely lunch, you may want to see some of Marrakech’s beautiful gardens. Walk hand in hand through groves of olive trees and past impressive displays of flowers. On behalf of our team, enjoy a complimentary cocktail at the luxurious La Mamounia. In the early morning, you have the option of seeing Marrakech with an unforgettable hot air balloon ride for two (not included in price, ask salesperson). After breakfast, you will enjoy a free day in Marrakech. You will have a cooking class at La Maison Arabe – giving you new memories to cherish and new recipes to try! For lunch today, you’ll eat the delicious food you made with the guidance of the experienced cooking teachers. Enjoy the morning in Marrakech. At your convenience, you will set off to the coastal city of Essaouira, a picturesque fishing town, lying on the southwest coast of Morocco. With an exquisite beach to the south, Essaouira has become one of Morocco’s most popular coastal towns. Many of the country’s wood carvers and artists make Essaouira their home. The spirit of this blue and white town inspires romance and relaxation. Your dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
