Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech – Welcome to Morocco

Your 4-Day Morocco Student Tour starts in Marrakech, a city famous for its lively markets, historic palaces, and energetic vibe. When you arrive, our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation. If you have time, you can visit Jemaa el-Fna Square, try some Moroccan street food, or join a group dinner to get to know other travelers. The main activities for the day are arriving in Marrakech, spending free time in the Medina, possibly enjoying a welcome dinner, and staying overnight in a traditional riad or hotel.

Day 2: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Aït Ben Haddou – Erg Chebbi Desert

After breakfast, you will begin your 4-day Morocco student tour by traveling through the High Atlas Mountains and crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters. Along the way, you will visit Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient kasbah and as a filming location for Gladiator and Game of Thrones. The route continues through Ouarzazate, the ‘Hollywood of Africa,’ then through Dades Valley and Tinghir, before reaching the Erg Chebbi dunes in the Merzouga Desert. In the evening, you will ride camels into the desert to watch the sunset over the dunes. After dinner, enjoy traditional Berber music and dance around the campfire under the stars. Highlights include crossing the Atlas Mountains, visiting Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah, camel trekking in Erg Chebbi, and spending the night in a desert camp.

Day 3: Explore the Desert – 4x4 Jeep and Quad Adventure

Begin your day early by watching the sunrise over the dunes, a highlight of any Sahara Desert student tour. After breakfast, embark on a 4×4 excursion to visit nomadic families, explore Khamlia village, and view the black desert’s volcanic stones. In the afternoon, you may choose to try quad biking or sandboarding. Return to your camp or hotel in the evening to relax and enjoy a peaceful night in the desert. Key activities include sunrise viewing, a 4×4 tour, visits to nomadic families, and optional quad biking or sandboarding.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Rissani – Marrakech Airport

After breakfast, depart the desert and return to Marrakech, traveling through the Draa Valley and the historic town of Rissani. Along the route, you will experience scenic landscapes and traditional Moroccan villages. The 4-day Morocco student trip concludes with a transfer to Marrakech Airport, marking the end of a journey rich in culture, exploration, and new connections.
